Hurrah, the first ten beds are planted!

We worked hard today to finish up the planting in the upper raised bed garden. Paul had strung the pea fence for the first bed. He put up leftover combi fence for the tomatoes. He put the uprights in for the pole beans. Later we will put in the support strings.  We planted cukes and cantaloupes and then put a combi panel over them  for support.  In the front of that bed we put in two zucchini pots and behind them a lettuce mix.  The middle two beds have two rows of corn and three rows of dry beans.

I did some weeding of the spinach which looks great. We are hoping this way of planting gives us enough but isn’t too much work!
