With everything else going on in my life I had put my creative work on hold.
After all trying to sort out the paperwork of a 92 year old and make decisions on her living arrangements and move her home and its contents all are time consuming and exhausting. Then there the garden which is in full splendor and there is lots to harvest and put by. Yesterday I got a little canning done…yes!
Tomorrow is the first day of family camp which goes from Thursday to Tuesday and I will be there every day. There will be lots of giggles and grins as well as many pictures.
Today I gave myself permission to spend the day completing my “floppy doll” and making the patterns that go with her. After a lot of putting together and taking apart she is done! I think she came out well and I am pleased with the results. Her arms and legs are floppy and she is wearing a pink diaper set.
